Helping one of the best shawarma joints in town find their place under the sun

A.S.K. was pretty popular as an on-the-go streetside shawarma restaurant. When they wanted to broaden their horizons, we realized their existing brand didn’t do justice to their offerings and quality. While their sales from pick-up and dine-in was an upward curve, they were far from reaching a wider customer base that was readily available for them on delivery-based-sales.

In fact, A.S.K. ran the risk of being perceived as a cheap, unhygienic food stall. Scroll below and see how the signature Marque treatment saw shwarmas fly off the shelves.

The premium feel of the product tickled the curious consumers only for them to realise that unlike A.S.K.’s competitors, these delicious shwarmas were priced way less and worth their money.

Staring online deliveries with a BANG

When ASK came to us they were pretty clear they wanted to increase delivery orders

they had a lot of walk-ins, but literally no delivery orders; this was primarily due to a poor online look and presence.

Once we made the page look good, we ran performance marketing campaigns on Facebook redirecting potential customers to their Swiggy page.

The results were astounding; on an ad spend of Rs. 15,000 we got a sale of Rs. 2,40,000 in just 15 days
